My anxiety started 13 yrs ago, accompanied by Graves Disease. Been a long, hard road, but I aint done yet and I will overcome!
I have two amazing sons, James and Matthew ... they are my heart, my sunshine ...
My Roger ... wow, what a gift from our Father ... we re-met after 33 yrs, we were high school sweethearts ... together we have 5 great kids, and 2 grandkids ...

Thanks for wanting to be a friend. I have been on such a roller coaster. Raising my dose again and need support going through this process, if you have managed your anxiety this way. Otherwise prayer is good.
