Anxiety Self Help

Insidious (stopped me sleeping for a week but was well worth it), the wedding planner (bless), the proposal, x men first class (total guy, aren't I? ;P), Romeo and Juliet (maybe not... leo dicaprio <3), Twilight (I'm ashamed, but yes), Harry Potter (and proud), The hangover (just the normal saturday night out really...), Across the Universe (which no one had heard of...), Speak (a film that actually kind of helps me for some reason), Paul (BRILIANT), and any other movie that is good :)

anything... no seriously anything. mostly rock/ indie rock/ alternative... but also listen to some mainstream, lots of 80's rock too ;P, The beatles cus they rule my world, acoustic stuff, classical stuff when I'm drawing or to put me to sleep sometimes, metal when I'm pissed and Glee when I'm feeling happy enough not to want to punch someone while listening to it :)

Speak (serious about this, it helps me), my sisters keeper, Raiders tide, noughts and crosses, LJ smith stuff, Just listen (another one that helped me), just lots of stuff really :)

16, paranoid, occasional depressant and all round normal teenage girl! Okay well maybe not entirely normal, I don't think all teenage girls experience what I did at age 7, lasting four 4 years, eventually making me terrified of any kind of physical contact whatsoever and almost destroying my social life... besides all that my name is Mary, I draw, write, design, sing, play guitar, act and read an amount of literature that is not healthy to a 16 year old girls social life. Then again why go to a party when you know as soon as a guy speaks to you or it gets too crowded your likely to have a panic attack or pass out, as demonstrated on many occassions. Well, thats me! x

music, art, drama, reading, writing, swimming, yoga, being lazy, shopping, staying away from huge crowds of people :), small spiders, snakes, dogs, dr pepper and Jensen Ackles

crowds of people, being touched, big spiders, cats, war, violence, fake people, christmas shopping, pineapple on pizza and Justin beiber

drawing (portraits and clothes designs mostly), listening to music (would drop dead if music ceased to exist), reading, swimming, yoga (when I'm severely stressed and have back pain like an old lady), writing (cus we are all nerds at heart... says the nerd writing this ;P) and anything else fun :) that doesnt involve physical contact....... awkward.....
