I like to cook, do crafts, spend time with my family--talking to my friends. I have been dealing with anxiety/panic attacks for about 4 years now, one morning it just hit me in the face-- it was like wow-thought I was having a heart attack, ended up at a doctors office and boom there it was in black in white-you have anxiety and panic disorder.

Gossip at work is the worst--my job is the best place to say that is the worst.
Elevators--no way in heck I am gonna get in one-don't like them at all.
Centipedes also are not my favorite spider at all either.
