About Yourself
I like to cook, spend time with my family--talking to my friends. I have been dealing with anxiety/panic attacks for about 6 years now, one morning it just hit me in the face-- it was like wow-thought I was having a heart attack, ended up at a doctors office and boom there it was in black in white-you have anxiety and panic disorder.

Listening to music ...

Dislikes
People who think they know everything about everything.
Anxiety/Panic attacks.
Gossip at work is the worst--my job is the best place to say that is the worst.
Elevators--no way in heck I am gonna get in one-don't like them at all.
Centipedes also are not my favorite spider at all either.

Cooking...not that I eat much of it, but do love to cook, bake....

Oh my that brings back memories about office mooving, what a nightmare Hope it goes smoothly for you, well as smoothly as possable. Dont pack the kettle too deep.

Currently at work and getting really rired (5.45am)

Just gone back up on my meds after the decrease in April, a lot of things niggling and its also the month where several big bills come in.

Daughter has also started her main bout of GCSE exams and is also very teachy even tho she still has enough ressults already to take her in her A levels at the college she wants.

Just heard the weather forecast another hot day today, at least I dont have to try and sleep through this one all day, I am not working tonight so have to try and addapt myself to what you would see as a normal sleep patter. Untill monday that is.

Gloriously hot summer day today. Hard the belive only a few weeks ago we were having snow. In fact last week I was still scraping ice of the car in the mornings. How are you keeping?
