I'm 27 years old, and I currently reside in North Carolina. I have been dealing w/ anxiety/panic attacks for 7 years now. It's an on going battle that I am trying to deal with. I want to erase this demon in my head and just enjoy life for what it has to offer. I hate having the feeling of panic for no particular reason. I joined this group for support, and it's nice to see and speak with people with the same issue and I. It hasn't affected my job..Yet.. but, I'm scared I'm about to lose it one day, and somebody will put me in a looney house b/c I'm afraid of life! I've never used to be like this when I was younger. I just want to be better and appreciate life for what it is.
