Anxiety Self Help

Hi, new member tonight, and only recently admitting that I have a problem, I've gone from a tight ball of anxiety to feeling numb and very emotionless. The problem is that my wife recently told me she was going to leave me unless I got help, which I have, the doctor told me I have situational anxiety from issues during my childhood. The problem I now have is I can't be myself around my wife! Any ideas!!!
