Anxiety Self Help

During my last visit to my Cardiologist he had me diagnosed with Hyperventilation syndrome and not a heart problem. I was really relieved to hear those words from him. He said that the root cause of it is ANXIETY. Who among you guys has this problem also>? Thanks
