Hello all! Just thought I'd create this profile as a means to meet like minded individuals who understand anxiety and the struggles it produces. I have been dealing with anxiety for less than a year now, but I've always had many phobias. My anxiety is triggered my phobia of death and myself constantly being a hypochondriac. I prefer the non-presciption approach as I am typically an anti-drug individual. So dealing with my anxiety has become a struggle in my day to day life. I have a hard time being strong minded and let my anxiety take over my mind and body more often than not. Just looking for support and advice, anything helps. :) Thank you for readin and God bless you all!
