Music Therapy

So I've had anxiety for quite a while now, probably my whole life. At 15 it just exploded on me though. 10 years later, I finally started medication because I tried everything that I knew and I was absolutely drained in mind, body and spirit. But here I am, still here and trudging through life.. hard, but its all right... its all right =)

Thanks for your comments.

Even I am suffering from anxiety from my childhood. Past 6 years, I am taking treatment.

I am still unable to describe what is my problem clearly. I am still analysing and trying to understanding the problem.

Singapore is my favorite place. I will sure come there with my family once.

Regards,
nat

Thanks for reading and commenting on my blog. It's comforting to know that not everyone is as apathatic as I sometimes think they are.

Isn’t it a crazy feeling and thought to have that sense of emotion around people who are in a bad or good mood! I, too, have the feeling of taking on someone else’s sickness so stay away from those who are in the zone.

Speaking about the “negative” note, you are very true and I don’t like it most of the time but have sympathy for them. I think most people are just venting but it would be nice for each of us to pull through for each other so that we are getting better for the greater good. Oh, and about sensitive or compassionate people having anxieties or the likes, yes, and I think “we” somehow have some sort of altered brain function that opens up a part of it that most people do not have, thus the anxieties.

Thanks for spending the time to write and I hope you are having a good day.
