sleeplessness sucks, i am so tired bt everytime i close my eyes my mind pushes my eyes open again. sleeping pills don't even work, one time i even went for a procedure and they gave me 3 shot of anastisia and i still was awake for the whole thing.

When I can't sleep I listen to 1 quiet song over and over on my ipod. I actually put the earphones in and go to bed like that - I almost always fall asleep and wake up in the am with the ipod still playing away. . . somewhere in the bed!
