Anxiety

I don't go to a whole lot of movies. Usually its nice to go to a movies when you are on A, you know, A date. and I dont watch much TV other than the news.

everything from Metallica to Hall & Oates. Cool 80's music. My Ipod has a mishmash of songs from all genres not into country though.

I really should read more. I have kind of a short attention span. It's hard to keep focused on things

I'm am SO glad I found this site! It's great to know I am not alone. I've had anxiety problems for years. I have APD and severe social Phobias. I hate it. Makes for lots of lonely nights. I have a tough time trusting people. I am a very quiet person. I never really know what to say to anyone. I suck at small talk and feel awkward in certain social settings. I tend to feel like I don't really fit in anywhere. I don't think many around me understand me. other than that, I'm an average guy in LA trying to make it through day to day. I like computer and all kinds of electronic gadgets. Currently trying to learn computer programming languages. I've spent lots of my lonely nights working on learning the computer. Exciting, Aint it? eventually I will put a pic of myself up here.

Being Understood. really good Mexican food. shooting a good game of pool. My pet parrot Joe. Cute animals

Feeling uneasy in social situations. Being criticized or judged. Rude people. Know it alls. fakes and phoneys. LA is full of 'en. having to get up early every morning for work.

playing the guitar/bass. Computers. Video games.
