Anxiety Self Help

Man I was all good yesterday and today is totally different. I had to take a xanax today and I can't make a decision to save my life. Mother nature made the decision for me cause it started raining which means no motorcycle. My dad took off to the deer lease on his bike which is always nerve racking. My ex is still floating around in my head, too. I need to just stop thinking about sh*t and just do it! I'm gonna work on that. Good luck everyone!
