I'm 16 and have had Social Anxiety Disorder for about four years. I have been on several different medications for about two years. I am a lot better than I used to be but I still have some glitches.

I love animals and I think I have more patience for animals than anything else, which is saying something because I don't have a lot of patience. I volunteer at Friends for Life animals shelter in Gilbert every week. Been doing that for a little over a year now and I love doing it.

I love muisc. It can change my mood for the better and it has gotten me through a lot of hard times.

I love to read. It helps me escape. I read everyday.

And I love my best friend Jade. She's been there for me when I didn't have anyone else. She always will be there for me.

Animals. Music. Art. Writing. Buffy and Angel. Buffy has also helped me through hard times, not because it was inspirational or anything, it was just something good for me during a bad time.
