Well I've had anxiety issues my whole life (or at least ever since I can remember). It has gotten progressively worse over the years. I also have social anxiety, panic disorder and chronic depression. I am on this site hoping to be able to find better ways to deal with my anxiety issues and possibly over come them.

-Anything artistic/creative (painting, drawing/sketching,stained glass, needlepoint, ect...)
-Nature walks
-Swimming
-Playing around ont the net
-Being with my b/f.

-Arrogant, narrow minded, narcissistic, stick people, your cheerleader and prostatot types, clones/drones and people without a sense of humor.
-Having axiety, panic and depression disorders.
-Clowns
-Rodents
